Gemelte heer [Jaffioye van Hirado] soude na voorgeven noch wel 4 off 5 kisten gelt betaelt gehadt hebben, tenwaere den ambassadeur van Corea, die naer Jedo verreysde om Keyserlijcke Mayt over de geboorte van den jongen prince geluck te wenschen, door of bij de uyterste palen langs van zijn heerlijckheyt gecomen ware, bij welcke gelegentheyt gemelte heere ettelijcke kisten gelts hadde moeten aen oncosten maecken.

Mentioned Lord [Jaffioye van Hirado] should, according his pretending, should have had been payed another 4 or 5 chests with money, it and was the ambassador of Corea, who had left to Jedo, to offer his congratulations to Imperial Majesty about the birth of the young prince, came by near the limits of his manor, with which opportunity mentioned lord had to make expenses [at the amount] of several chests of money.
