Waerop terstondt op alles hebben ordre gestelt, last paerden, ende alles vaerdich gemaeckt, ende naer Sinagauw effen buijten Jedo vertrocken om daer dien nacht te vernachten, ende gemte assistent, ende vorder suijte te verwachten, om op morgen vrouch onse vordere reijse weder naer Firando aen te veerden. On 23th ditto we received tidings in the morning from the house of the Lord of Firando, that we should apply as soon as possible, outside Jedo, or there would be peril that the Assistant Daniel Reijniers: with the trumpeters would be kept up, to be used on the arrival of the Coreers for the amusement of His Majesty. Whereupon we put everything immediately in order, made mules and everything ready, and left to Sinagauw, just outside of Jedo to spent the night there, and to expect mentioned assistant and further suite, to set out our further journey to Firando.
